Volunteer Program

Our volunteers are educated in virtually every aspect of the tamarisk issue. They receive onsite training in tamarisk removal, revegetation, and monitoring. Additionally, project leaders spend a lot of time answering question and discussing the impacts of tamarisk, the importance of riparian restoration, and the processes involved. This (below) educational poster has been placed at the trail head of one of our first projects.
